The EPA is responsible for registering pesticides at a federal level but each state has the authority to set additional rules and standards. We’re navigating a patchwork of laws from different agencies and as a result our products are not available in all states.
Connecticut

The Department of Energy and Environmental Protection is the regulatory body responsible for enforcing pesticide laws in Connecticut. If you’d like to express your support for rat birth control in Connecticut we recommend emailing the pesticide coordinator, Linda Schmidt.
New York

Pesticides and pest control businesses in the state are overseen by The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation. Consider sending them a personal message via email to reinforce the benefits of rat birth control and encourage them to make it more available to home owners.
